Our services include screening and assessments

  • Offer High, Moderate and Low-Intensity In-Home Visits

  • Provide support, assistance and guidance to families on child development and to help foster that development

  • Assist and guide families in developing appropriate expectations for their child’s development

  • Participate in professional visits with families such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, Doctor appointments, etc.

  • Link parents/guardians to formal or informal supports

  • Heart to Heart Nurturing Program. The program focuses on attachment, nurturing, and reading baby’s cues.

  • Watch Wait and Wonder Program

  • Circle of Security

  • Modified Interaction Guidance

Transition to School
  • We are responsible for administering the Early Years Evaluation-Direct Assessment (EYE-DA)

  • We offer follow up support to children identified as having difficulty in one or more areas of development.

  • We offer school-based orientation group “Play, Learn, and Go” supporting the transition to Kindergarten.

  • We offer in-home developmental support during the summer months leading into Kindergarten

  • We participate in case conferences with families/caregivers and schools for children who may require extra services.

Developmental Child Care
  • Provides a developmental plan for eligible children who are assessed as being at medium to high risk of developmental delays.

  • The child must be between age 3 and school entry Parent must be a client of FACE with an active case plan.

  • The child must demonstrate one or more functional challenge in one of the following areas: cognitive, emotional/ behavioral, physical, sensory or communication.

  • A component of FACE which promotes the value of support, services, and community. 

  • We can:

    • Provide information on your child’s development.

    • Provide information on community events.

    • Provide information on playgroups, support groups, workshops, etc.

    • Help you connect and share ideas with other parents.
